Testimonials

Having camped at Whitwell since I was about 6 (30 years ago!!) there was no there was no other place I could think of to celebrate our marriage! We officially married at Norwich Castle registry office but had a duo ceremony which meant we could marry again outdoors under a wonderful wooden arch with flowers made by my friends James and Saul.

The staff team at Whitwell – John, Cathy and Paula were so helpful and supportive throughout the planning, visits and the wedding weekend we really couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a fantastic wedding at Whitwell. John and his team could not do enough for us. The weather and the surroundings were fantastic, and our guests loved our weekend there.

It just doesn’t get any better. We all had a great time, and the staff became like family by the end of our stay. We would recommend any schools wanting to bring their pupils to a great learning and outdoor environment, to look no further than Whitwell Hall. Can’t wait to come back next year!
